MDS Membership Application

MDS is a private members club, we do not ask for your real name or address or any form of identification, all we ask is for some information about yourself and your partner telling us mostly as to who you are within the scene, your scene ID, what other events you have been to, if your new to the scene, what your interests are within the lifestyle you lead.

MDS is not a swingers club, it is about BDSM and the D/s M/s lifestyle, servitude and play. No sex takes place in any shape form or manner, although the club where we hold MDS does have a full nudity license!
